CALF SAVER is a blend of Medium Chain Triglycerides including caprylic acid, capric acid and triglyceride with added natural Vit E (D-alpha-tocopherol). Because it is readily absorbed CALF SAVER helps give the calf the impetus to suckle and is a readily available and quickly absorbed energy source..Having a stock of the product means that it is readily available on your farm.

How to use CALF SAVER 

For the newborn calf give 25mls (1 ready to use pack) as soon as possible after birth. This encourages the calf to suckle and therefore get colostrum within the first hours after birth.  Where colostrum quality and/or quantity is sub-optimal, 1 x 150g of Colostart for Calves will help the newborn calf.
